Based in the cities of Sheffield and Rotherham, WISE Ability is a new organisation set to deliver a range of employment services to local customers and employers.

WISE Ability was founded in 2008 by one of Australia's largest and most successful third sector employment services, WISE Employment.

WISE Employment has been guiding and inspiring people of all abilities in their search for work since 1992 delivering a range of innovative programs tailored to meet the individual needs of customers and employers alike.

Backed by the local expertise of Managing Director, Kay Sutton, WISE Ability will support unemployed people on the Flexible New Deal programme which is being delivered in the area of South Yorkshire in partnership with Remploy, the UK's leading provider of specialist employment services for people with severe barriers to work.

Kay Sutton believes that with the Australian experience and her own team’s local expertise, WISE Ability will provide a quality employment service to the communities of Sheffield and Rotherham.
