Paul fills more than 100 job vacancies
Paul Harding is the Human Resources Manager at Hume Doors and Timber, a manufacturer of internal and external timber doors in Australia.
Paul was first approached by WISE Employment in 2004. “WISE Employment Consultant, Souzan Asfour dropped by the office and had a discussion about what they could offer in terms of recruitment,” said Paul.
“I had a few vacancies at the time and I thought why not give WISE Employment a go.”
Since then he has employed more than 100 job seekers in a variety of roles in the factory and front office.
“Souzan knows each of our supervisors really well and knows what they require and expect so she is able to put forward the right person for the job,” explains Paul.
“She will shortlist appropriate candidates and then present them for interview”.
Paul doesn’t need to advertise his factory roles at all anymore. “Souzan takes care of everything and has even organised a forklift license for one of the guys.”
